Newly spun

Seven vessels, freshly spun waiting to be enamelled.  I had a really good spinning session (it doesn't always go so well...) and after I had finished these I made a couple of little ones and was just on the lathe cleaning up the metal on the last one (it has to be well greased for spinning) when my hand slipped and I had an 'ouch' moment - thank goodness for steri-strips!  Just shows, you need to concentrate right down to the last moment.
